My sister is out of state and found a car at Sebar that she was interested in buying for her son.  She asked me to look at it to see if it was worth the drive to possibly purchase.  Pulled up and was greeted by Jake.  Told him the situation and that I was just checking it out.  He was very polite and laid back.  He tossed me the keys and let me check out everything I wanted to.  I have the feeling people would be a lot more comfortable at this place than going to a high pressure dealer.  My sister is coming tomorrow to look at the vehicle.  Told her to ask for Jake.

Abdul with Sebar Inc went above and beyond for me and the vehicle I wanted. I had been to tons of dealerships between 2 and 3 months of searching for a new car to purchase. I'd been lied to by some of the biggest dealers in the area and fed bullsht that shouldve been illegal for a dealer/finance manager to even speak. I setup numerous meetings and appointments and not 1 of them were ever straight forward or seemingly interested in trying to get me into the cars I would choose to spend my personal time to come see. It always ended up with the salesmen/finance manager attempting  to get me to buy the car THEY wanted me in, not the car I came for with tons of extras or addons that i very specifically explained I didnt want. I set price points, payment limits or gave specifics on things I was looking for and nearly every single time it ended up being nearly double what I'd told them. So after weeks of searching, I found a few vehicles on Sebar's site that I was interested in and drove the 2 hours to go see them on a weekend. Immediately Abdul introduces himself, throws me the keys, stands back and lets me push every button, turn every knob, open every cubby hole, and did everything/anything I wanted. I did my research, but let him tell me about the vehicle and it's past in hopes he cite everything I already knew. He was spot on, didnt add anything extra and was honest/straight forward with me. Anytime he noticed I couldnt figure something out or if I had a question, he would step in, help me out or answer my questions and let me go back to doing my thing. Once I was finished, he sat down with me inside and went over my info and told me everything I could/couldnt do and what he would do his best to do and what to expect. Paperwork submitted, he called me a few days later letting me know everything was approved and even though I had training with work and I couldnt make it till the end of the week, he assured me he would hang onto the car 2 more days until I could arrive the day I said I would. Once I came back, he met me at the door, threw me the keys again, stuck a dealer tag on the vehicle and off we went for a test drive. 30-45 min inside the car, driving up the highway and back down again. I did everything I knew to do from working as an office manager for a mechanic shop/car lot for 4-5 years in the past. The vehicle was everything Abdul assured me it would be and even taught me some things I didnt know. Once back at the dealership, I quickly realized after so many bad experiences with salesmen in the past at other places, that Abdul was NOT in any way whatsoever trying to "SELL ME" a car, he was genuinely trying to "HELP ME" purchase the exact car I wanted, for about the exact price and percentages that I wanted it at. Signing paperwork he went through every paper in fine detail with me and even took the time, despite it being past closing time for him, to help me adjust something I had brought to his attention. If you're looking for a vehicle, whether its on his lot or not, whether you are down the road or a few hours away, Abdul with Sebar is the only place I will ever go to or recommend to anyone ever again. I understand that not everyone will always be happy and not every vehicle is perfect. Some WILL have issues and a lot of times it's faith, trust and a decent attitude that will get you what you're looking for.
