IKEA Lycksele Lovas Futon Sofa Bed Sofabed - Like Brand New

I am selling a never used IKEA Lycksele Lovas Futon with the white cover. Cover is still in box, never opened. Had futon / sofabed/ sofa bed delivered and setup by IKEA in my extra den room when I moved here last year, but it has never been used. This futon is in extremely excellent condition. I am moving out of state, so I can't take this with me. Brand new at IKEA this costs $210 (total with tax for the futon and white cover). I am selling for $100. Must pick up, I can't deliver. Please schedule time, you cannot drop by as this is a gated community and they are very strict about getting in the gate.
