Beige pull out couch from West Elm! Back leg needs some reinforcement, and cushions have minor marks/ stains from moving and storage. The leg isn’t an issue if the couch is against a wall, and the fabric can definitely be cleaned! Price reflects this 👍 Removable + machine washable cushion covers. Full-size pull out mattress (decent condition, still comfortable) Disclaimer - pick up only HEAVY! Definitely need to hire movers or strong friends that can help navigate the couch down a couple flights of stairs
