Have had this love seat for a while, paid over 1.3k retail price several years ago. Decided I wanted a fresh start so looking to sale, has some wear and tear .. pillows have some use to them but are washable and wood underneath has a beam slightly broken but fixable and still usable. Can be used as a day couch or extra bed area for guests
