I am the original owner of this very nice 2006 Silver Mint Proof Set. The penny has a black marking making it an extremely rare error! The case that holds the coin has not been tempered with. This set, minted in San Francisco by the U.S. Mint, includes coins struck in proof finish. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and original government packaging (OGP) for safekeeping and display. Serious inquiries only.
