It was a great experience working on a deal with Zach here at guaranteed motors! He was very polite and great at his work helping me get approved and leaving with a great looking ride! He was quick and made everything run smoothly, even when it came down to making the big decision, giving us plenty of time to decide. All and all my experience was great and would definitely recommend Zach when purchasing your next car!!

The staff was awesome Zach the salesperson was very informative. I was immediately approached and taken care of as far as test driving and that type of thing I ended up purchasing a 2021 model s plaid from Tesla. After a very very very long day ( hours) grinding numbers and interest rates and down payment amounts we finally came to a deal. My only frustrations was my trade-in was listed for sale before it was even paid off which was odd.... The finance department promised me they could match my rate that I came in with from my at home bank and after a very long wait that didn't happen so my credit was hit multiple times and I was not happy with the financing. Apart from that everybody was respectful and they went pretty much above and beyond to try to get me happy and feel like I got a good deal. I have purchased many cars throughout my life and I've had a lot of really crappy dealerships with really bad experiences this was not one of them I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a good vehicle and a good team of people to help you stop by guaranteed motors they might have what you're looking for and in my case they had a beautiful Tesla plaid that I took home. There was some bumps in the road that we got it done.

They charged 1295.00 dealer prep fee, only to find they didn’t change oil, has missing fuses that controlled the horn, rear wiper, master 50 amp missing and the two fuses that controlled the hi and low radiator speed. Send me the tax document for sales tax on the jeep commander and I had already file a dispute with CC company about this and they found in my favor as they never responded back to them. Now I talked to Ari baddad about changing the tax document, now she hangs up and refuses to answer emails. I bought this 12/21 which is Saturday, drove it home call Monday morning 12/23 since Sunday they are closed, called many times and no one wants to help, just puts me on hold. I will add the phone call logs for further proof of not calling after a month as they stated. They don’t call, hey btw why don’t you go ahead and file the arbitration clause in your contract. plus you cant contract  out of Negligence.

Had the pleasure of working with Moe on sales, Dennis in finance and David as the manager. From the get go, I felt as they cared for and were invested in getting the right deal done with me. I was in and out in an afternoon with my new Wrangler and couldn’t be happier. Ask for Moe! Made everything super easy for me. Highly recommended. Also, great inventory, they have some sleepers (good ones) in their lot so make sure and give it an in person look 👀
