Members must pass a background check and qualify at the Sales office with a minimum credit score of 700 or above. $80 Application fee for a couple. Pets are allowed. Smoke-free home. The home is 399 square feet downstairs with 200 sq ft in the lofts upstairs. We had a $4k 10'x10’ tall shed built on site that is fully insulated inside, with electricity and lighting, and spotlights outside. The shed has a large loft with tons of storage. The shed comes with a large refrigerator inside. The home has a metal roof. We installed a $4k 1,000 gallon Septic tank required for a Park Model, all located on a large private corner lot with lots of parking room. The home has only been lived in for 2 years. This lot is also close to the Front Entrance, Mail Center, Laundromat, and Espresso stand. The park also has a Family Center, 2 pools, a Store, a Fitness Center, new Playgrounds, and a Community Church. Each campsite/lot comes with 180 days to use per year. If you buy 2 sites you can stay year round, 180 x 2 = 360 days a year. 5 days a year, members must card out and leave the park. It is the law since you can't live more than 180 days on 1 recreational lot in the USA in a year. We used these 5 days to go on a vacation, visit family, or travel. This is a Secure gated community with Rangers on duty 24/7. Members use gate cards to enter and leave.
