Push back your cuticles with the wood cuticle pusher. 2. Gently buff nail with nail file. 3. Wipe your natural nails down with an alcohol pad to get rid of any oils on nail bed. 4. Apply nail glue to the press on & a little on your natural nail! 5. Then set the nail as close to your cuticle as you can, push on middle of press on for 30 to 60 seconds.
