In the last 2k miles the truck had a really nice $7,500 transmission rebuild with many upgraded parts. No expense spared, the rebuild was done by a transmission shop and has a 2 year warranty. It was built to tow easily with parts like a triple disc torque converter, upgraded valve body and more. I bought it for work purposes at 152k in the same cosmetic condition that it's in. There's no wind noise, leaking or rattles from the damage. Would make a great work/company truck with no issues to worry about in the transmission or engine. In exceptional condition inside and mechanically for its age. Has a lot of life left but I don't tow quite enough to justify keeping it.
