We bought a new living room set and these couches are no longer needed. They are in good shape, you just have to wash them, since they have been in the garage for a few months now. The cushions on the big sofa, sink a little when you sit down though, nothing a cushion support or a piece of plywood won’t fix. 225/both. Measurements: Big sofa: 96x38 Love seat: 68x36
