Luxury Vinyl Tile 18”x36” Bathroom Laundry Room Glue Down Floor

I have two boxes of luxury vinyl tile flooring from my remodeling project. Each box contains four large 18” x 36” tiles. We also had one tile left over from another box so 9 tiles total. The box says it covers 18 square feet. We did our bathroom with two boxes in our tiny bathroom measures approximately 6’ x 6’. These luxury vinyl tile our commercial grade and waterproof. They are glued down not locking click like most LVP flooring. They are made by Philadelphia commercial, obelisk pattern in a beige slate color. The color in the first photo is more accurate. The color in the other photos appears darker because of the lighting. They are made to look like stone and not wood. Great for a bathroom or laundry room or entryway.. I have included photos of our bathroom floor so you can get an idea of the look. And honestly, this is not an easy project for the average DIY person. The floor needs to be completely level and smooth. My contractor had to put a leveling compound over my existing linoleum and once that was dry they had to apply the glue and then install the vinyl tile. I also have at least half a bag of the leveling compound used that I will include with the tiles. I paid over $250 for these two boxes, however I am willing to sell them both for $75 total just so that I don’t have to store them. Cash only. Must pick up in Union City.
