It has been a horrible experience! I called to scheduled a service and explained what I needed (make and model was shared in the call) and I scheduled a tow (2nd week in November). I had to go in after leaving messages and given the run around (for two weeks) and they could not tell me if it was there. I asked can I walk around and see if it’s there (as told by the phone rep). My car was sitting there with key in ignition for three weeks. I was finally given my service paperwork ( right driverside boot replacement, door handle, starter, passenger back window needs to be worked on and a tune up) with my requests by Naima. A week later I received a call saying. The car model is obsolete and the condition of the car will not allow a mechanic to work. I explained to them that I gave the make and model and the condition of the car and was told Chrysler can work on it. I even told them I (who is disabled; cane and backbrace) can come and clean it out or have it detailed. I asked if the Manager Brandon could call. I called the call center and explained everything and they said Mgmt would reach out to them. Mr. Brandon called and we talked. He said if I pay for the detail they could work on it. I agreed to pay the $200 detail. I went to the service department to pay the agreed amount and was also hit with an engine diagnostic charge. I paid both and two weeks later I get a call telling me I need a $14k engine (on an obsolete model). I was told the timing belt broke during the diagnostic and they had to put a battery. I said can mgmt call because I brought a brand new battery in November with a warranty and it needs to be put back in my car and I need mgmt to call me. I had enough of the run arounds, lies, jacked up practices. I told them I would arrange for the Wounded warriors to pick up the car as a donation. Brandon said they would reimburse the detailing fee because it was never done. Looking at my behicle the only thing done was the relocation of the vehicle! As I said the wrecker came for the donation ( the car; which would be fixed and given to a veteran). I was given refund paperwork; however, I called my bank about the refund only to be told they charged me again instead of a refund. I have to go back again to get both of the charges. I will not recommend or purchase anything from this Chrysler location!!!!!!!!! Your infrastructure needs training, consistency and better customer service! Professionalism has no likes or dislikes only a job to done.
