I do not typically write reviews much, but I have to say, this place deserves an absolute shout out. Our family coordinated with a gentleman named Jay, throughout the whole process. He was professional, honest, willing, attentive. It seemed as if he really wanted to help make things work. He placed extra effort to make certain the family was comfortable and happy. I coordinated to have a 3rd party inspection company visit the dealership (Alex Used Auto), since I live on the west coast. Jay was readily available to meet the inspector without question. Jay was hospitable according to the inspector. Jay also offered to assit with shipping, although I found a broker to assist with pickup/delivery. The vehicle turned out to be as expected, overall. Would strongly consider buying from Jay again. I would give him six stars if i could. A very considerate individual. Great job! 💯💪👏

PLEASE DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! My husband and I bought this car for our daughter as her first car and paid them $10000. These are pictures from just a few days after we purchased. Every time it rained, the paint would peel and all the water leaks in the car. The parts were held with zip ties once they were exposed. I just spent another $2000 for an inspector to do what he can but, unfortunately the car was salvaged with broken stolen parts from other cars. Stolen cars at that. The pieces are not for the car so nobody can fix it with real parts. Nothing connects or fits. The ax conductor was left completely open. When I reached out to the owner he has been no help and ignores all of my calls. You will see a picture of me trying to communicate with him but he has not made any attempt to help us in any way. We are good and honest people and were scammed by this auto sales company. Please beware of Christian. He sells the cars for Alex for a commission and he scams you as well. Please don’t give your money to the crooks. Save it and give it to someone that will sell you an honest and legal car. I have left several messages with Alex’s with Junie, which does not return any of my calls either. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Watch them on offer up as well. They use Christian as the seller.

I don’t usually do reviews but I felt it was necessary to let everyone know that if your thinking about getting a car go with Alex auto sales! So happy I used this company to purchase my car a few months ago! Alex was honest and helpful. He made sure I got a reliable car and one I liked. He son J was helpful during the process as well. They kept me updated and assured me that my vehicle would be a good buy. My sister purchased a car from them recently and she is happy as well!

Do not buy a car here!!! The cars are in very bad conditions. When you call them back they dont want to take care of the problem. Cars too expensive to be rebuilt. The owners son josue will scam you. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
