This classic MCM (Mid Century Modern) dresser / chest was just refinished and it looks so pretty. It is finished with a walnut stain and then a layer of polyurethane seals and protects this heirloom piece for the generations ahead. There are 4 drawers and each drawer is built using dove tail construction (a sign of quality craftsmanship). Each drawer has a vertical wood insert in the middle of each drawer to create a wonderful MCM design. There is a lot of storage in this dresser. The top is made of a durable wood grain laminate which makes cleaning and maintenance simple and easy. The manufacturer is Ward Furniture Company which was a very popular furniture during this timeframe. Long pencil legs give the furniture a stylish look.
