In like new condition. Little to no cosmetic damage, fully functional. It is a tmobile phone. It is also icloud locked which you just need to connect the phone to your iTunes account to unlock the icloud lock. This phone is not reported lost or stolen, I just can't remember my password and I don't have a computer to fix it. If you are interested please feel free to send me a message
