I ordered this Mattress off Amazon for $320. It was labeled as Medium Firm, however when it arrived it is definitely Medium Soft and unsuitable for me. Upon Request I will be happy to provide Proof of Purchase with more details about this Mattress. I laid on this mattress once for 5 minutes so it is brand new! MUST PICK UP, I DO NOT DELIVER! Item weighs about 70-80lbs and will need to be handled by 2 people at minimum.
