Pool Heater aquacal 120 Aerotemp Never used

We are filling in our pool as we rarely used it. The heater we may have used one or two times. Please look at pics for details. I had a the company come check it out under the warranty and the manifold was not working. Apparently warranty does not cover this. They said it is still worth money and offered me $150. I would rather sell it for $250 or fix it myself and use it for our other pool. Price dramatically dropping because of this I am also selling the pump, filter, tubes, switches, valves , Floats, ,Polaris and anything else you can think of that goes with a pool. We paid too much and now need someone to come get it at a huge discount. I can deliver but Will have to add to price. All very negotiable. Heater -$250 - other items $500 - buy everything $575
