1999 Tropi-Cal 6350. Very spacious 12-foot living room, has a slide-out to add extra square footage when parked, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for six people. It did run when it was bought a few months ago, but now it does not run ATM, but has minor engine issues that can be fixed with minimal work and cost. Tags are expired last registration was in 2003. Clean interior, nothing broken. Just needs minor and easy interior fixings, but is a great and easy fixer upper and will be worth a ton if someone wants to fix it up with a little bit of effort and live in it or rent it out on their property or as an AirnB.
