I was highly impressed by the  experience I had with purchasing a vehicle with Shumaker Motors.  They were very personable and extended  great hospitality from the time my husband and I stepped on the car lot to the time we spent ultimately securing our purchase for the vehicle.  The entire process was seamless, time efficient,  and done with keeping superb quality care in mind.  Overall, we left feeling really good about not only our purchase, but also the  relationship established with all of the partners at the dealership.

In addition, their attention to provide specific details  and answer questions pertaining to their cars was precise.   It’s obvious that they appreciate and take pride in their customers, as well as the condition of the used cars they sell.  The cars on their lot  all appeared to be well kept and  detailed very efficiently, which ultimately leads to the first impression for the buyer.  If I am ever in the business of purchasing a used vehicle; they would definitely be top pick on my priority list,  as that’s just what kind of lasting expression that was made with our very first dealing with Shumaker Motors.

I was originally interested in a different car in the lot, which ended up not working out because of a mechanical issue. On 4/29/22 bought a 2014 Ford fiesta hatchback.  Absolutely love this car! Shumaker motors is awesome! Sue Ellen is the best! I've had some credit issues and trying to get back on track. She found me a lender with a payment I could afford. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a great used car!
