Good condition. Normal wear. Durable fabric that is pretty resistant to stains. The seat cushions come off and covers can be removed. The back cushions are sewed into place. No pets and non-smoker. Approximate dimensions: 114 inches long on sofa side (longest side) x 88 inches long (chaise side) Living Spaces description: MAIER CHARCOAL RAF CORNER CHAISE, MAIER CHARCOAL LAF SOFA Moving in with my fiancée so letting go of a few things.
