I am selling a minty condition 1999 signature bear. I am asking 400 willing to negotiate. The 1999 signature bear was introduced on January 1st 1999 it was the first ever signature bear to be produced featuring speckled brown fur, black button eyes and a black button nose on his chest is a red heart "Ty" and "1999" embroidered in white. He was only available through December 23rd of the same year and unlike most beanie babies his tag didn't have a birthday or a poem on it.
