My husband & I bought this  Q7 from Wilsonville AUDI 11-27-24 within three weeks my computer said it was a quart low on oil. Fast forward to now, every 3 1/2 weeks since then it's a quart low on oil, AUDI tried to tell me it's "NORMAL" well it's NOT! I went up there and talked with sales manager Morgan who said now we are 8K in the negative and did nothing to help other than offer to find other cars but after me pursuing this issue with him not once but twice he just did NOTHING!  Also, the breaks squeak and again I was told it's "NORMAL" no it's not! I had two independent dealership mechanics look at my car and they both said get rid of this car ASAP! Beware when buying from them as once you buy and walk away they do nothing to help you. I have purchased two Audi's and never again we went back to a more reliable luxury dealership and will never own an AUDI ever again. Also, the day we trade our other  2023 AUDI we got an oil change there at Wilsonvile Audi and good customer service would take care of the charges for that but no we paid over 200.00 and bought this car the same day. I have family members with Audi's that are getting rid of them now after seeing all that I've dealt with in this horrible experience.

Dee Bottaro, simply amazing and such a genuine human! Inquired about a car online through the chat and Dee immediately got to work. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt welcomed and valued. Took the car for a test drive and Dee knew every inch of that car and all it's features effortlessly! We are very happy with this dealership— from buying our car to the maintenance.  We had been looking for a plug in hybrid suv for over a year- looking at toyota, honda, mercedes, volvo, lexus, and audi- going on lots of test drives and thinking about maintenance and colors/styles.  We are so happy with our 2024 Q5 phev, the salesperson Max worked really hard to get us the district green color that we wanted.  The color makes the car, thank you Max!  There have been some battery recall issues and scheduling the service appts and having a loaner car available has been very easy and on time.  Also we love that the car comes back sparkling each time from these appts.  With other cars/dealerships in the past these issues have not been so smoothly addressed.  Very happy with this dealership.

Recently had my Audi in for water pump failure. Bryan Spear service advisor is who we worked with and worked with us with loaner car and to drop off and pick up at our convenience and completed the work ahead of schedule. Great place to take your car for service. I’m usually anti dealerships but Audi Wilsonville has changed my mind.

I came into Wilsonville Audi last week because my 2016 Audi Q3 needed much work. Once I found out the repairs were too costly I was so stressed out!, But I met a wonderful, compassionate, knowledgeable salesman Hayden! He looked to be younger than my sons! But his professional attitude put all my fears at ease as he took tremendous care listening to exactly where I was at in my life and truly listened to my needs ! It was obvious that Hayden took such pride in his knowledge and his love for the Audi brand ! Hayden introduced me to the head of Finance Moe. All I can say I was amazed at 70 years I felt all my needs were validated and they were able to find another Q3 within my budget !  Thank you from the bottom of my heart ! Grateful customer
