In a non smoking and no pet home. The frame has already been disassembled and packaged for easy transportation! The furniture has sturdy metal frames which allow it to break down/fold up for moving. The fabric is stain and spill resistant and all coverings are removable and machine washable and they are even interchangeable to upgrade to different colors/fabrics! Overall: 138” W x 34” D x 37.5” H Seat: 26” D x 20” H Back Pillow: 35” L x 19.5” H Arm Pillow: 25” L x 16.5” H Pickup only. Price can be negotiated within reason. Looking to sell by the end of the weekend.
