From the moment I walked into the dealership, Max and the finance team made this experience unforgettable. I came in excited but unsure, and left absolutely thrilled with keys in hand to my brand-new Mustang Mach-E!
Max was beyond helpful, not just knowledgeable, but patient, genuine, and truly invested in helping me get to where I wanted to be in order to take home my dream car . He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and walked me through every feature, benefit, and detail with clarity and ZERO pressure. His passion for the Mach-E was contagious, and it made the whole process fun, and exciting.
The finance team was equally as phenomenal.  Professional and incredibly efficient. They made sure I understood every part of the process and worked to get me a deal that truly made sense. I felt taken care of, respected, and supported the entire time.

I went to two other Ford dealerships during the employee pricing marketing campaign And the other Dealers would not give me a ballpark on The Cost UUUG.I walked into Irvine Autonation and met BIG D , I told him I was a 1st time Ford Owner and he said let's sit down and I'll give you a ballpark cost with employee pricing.I was blown away with the Below MSRP Price ( During the Ford employee pricing marketing campaign) So I said BIG D let's Do-It. AutoNation Tustin Ford: Broken Promises*

I'm appalled by the service I've received from AutoNation Tustin Ford. I was explicitly promised that my trade-in would be paid off before my first payment, but that's not what happened. It's been almost more than 2 weeks since I purchased the vehicle, and my trade-in still hasn't been paid off.

When I called to inquire about the status, I was given flimsy excuses like "We'll call you back" and "We're on hold with the bank, we'll give you an update later." But the calls never came, and the updates never materialized.

The fact that they went back on their word - “your vehicle will be paid off before your payment is due” by Gustavo - is unacceptable. I trusted them to follow through on their promises, but it seems like their word means nothing. I've tried calling multiple times, but the lack of action is infuriating.

If you value your time and money, stay away from AutoNation Tustin Ford. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is staggering. I'm still waiting for them to honor their commitment and pay off my trade-in. This review will stay until they take responsibility for their actions.

*UPDATE:* I'll continue to update this review until my trade-in is paid off and this issue is resolved.
