ATTENTION: to those that viewed this before. We have since replaced the camera. (The original camera wasn’t turning on.) …….. …………… Miles are, 39,299. I believe it’s 30’ or 31’. Between buying this and adding upgrades, we are in to this about $30,000. What sold me on the Rv was the bunk beds. I wanted my kids to have their own beds as well as their friends. The table, couch and above the drivers seats, convert into beds. We put in new floors and can lights. Upgraded to blue tooth control, with wall module for the can lights. Three new batteries (two house and one engine battery). The awning will need to be replaced. We bought it like that. Lots of storage. We have a cover for the Rv that we will include. At the beginning of this fall season, We noticed a small leak in the front right corner. We dried it and caulked it. Then placed the cover on it. We keep it covered, so if there is any other leaks, we are unaware of them. The couch and eating area all have seat belts. Gas stove. 12volt and 120volt refrigerator/freezer. Ac and propane furnace. On board generator. Vintage tv 😂 Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Gray water tank and black water tank have both been emptied. A small rock just broke the back window, we ordered a new window and now have it in a box. Will need to be installed. (New window is bigger because we couldn’t find the same size. A friend of ours said that is fine, that they can cut it to fit. We haven’t looked into it, being that we are pricing so low.) (Cash only, no trades) Selling as is.
