Up for sale is this Huffy Region 3.0 Trail/MTB. Moderate work has been done on it from adjustments to brakes & cleaning. This bike comes with 26x2.80 “ tires! The bike is ready to ride the local bike trails or around the neighborhood. Tires have tread and rotate easily (but there are cracks). The bike rides smooth over rough terrain. The fork is the original with 80 mm of travel (could be better with an upgrade)! The headset is threadless, so the fork can be upgraded. The gear shifters are stiff to turn. They are set the 2nd gear on the left & 6th gear on the right, but the bike rides great on those settings (gear shifters will need service if access to other gears is desired). The seat is the original Huffy brand. Pedals are Shimano brand. As stated, this bike is ready to ride and it can get better with further tuning. The tires are wide but not “fat wide”. I think the 2.80 inch width makes it easy to ride rough terrain & acts like a mountain bike with the suspension fork. Overall, it is a working mountain bike & the not too thin and not too wide but just right in the middle tires only make it better! I am sure these wide tire bikes are expensive, but here’s one that is within budget. This would be good for a college student to ride between classes. This bike would fit someone who is 5’ 2” tall to 5’8” or up! 🚴 Open to offers - let’s find it a loving home! Bike can be used by men or women.
