Description

The Body-Solid G3S is a compact home gym that lets you do a full-body workout with multiple exercise options. It comes with a 160lb weight stack and lets you do chest press, shoulder press, lat pulldown, rows, curls, leg extension, and leg curl. Everything is self-contained—no need to move heavy weight plates yourself. Good for strength training and saves space. The frame is solid steel and it's comfortable to use. Dimensions are about 80" L x 47" W x 84" H. Retails for over $2000. Used but works just fine. I can partially disassemble it and separate out the weights, so the rest of the machine can be easily transported (would still need a pick-up). Full disassembly+re-assembly possible, but would take more time. You must pick-up -- I cannot transport this.
