Freego X2 Pro Electric Bicycle – Not Working – As-Is

Freego X2 Pro electric bike purchased directly from Freego. Delivered and assembled on 9/20/25. Initially worked, except the left turn signal. After two rides, the bike stopped powering on. When attempting to power on, the bike makes two beeps, the display does not turn on, and the bike is inoperable. Headlight and horn do work, indicating a likely internal electrical fault. I contacted Freego immediately and followed all troubleshooting steps they provided, including installing replacement parts. The bike still does not power on. The following parts were replaced with no success: Battery Display unit Controller Wiring harness Likely issue is a faulty throttle or an electrical fault in the motor. I am no longer working with Freego, who is demanding full disassembly and return shipping after hours of troubleshooting on a brand-new bike. Sold as-is for parts or repair.
