If you have no exercise equipment and you want to start a home gym THIS is what you need. Deadlifts work most of the muscles in your body. All you need is this and some exercise bands. If you have weights already, even better. I can’t stress enough how valuable this piece is. Seriously. If I was building a home gym with little to no space, I’d start with this trap bar and bands. I’d add some weight plates and a Landmine setup next. ANY living space can fit those items and that’s all you need. If you have a home gym and you don’t have this…..WTF? Trap bar with 3 different grips. Loading pins also included. During Covid lockdowns, I only had this and 150 pounds of exercise bands. It was enough to keep my back strong. I didn’t lose much strength on pulling exercises, but did lose strength on pushing exercises. Unfortunately, I can’t use it anymore due to back issues. I tried it with loading pins, but it didn’t help. Note, the other pictures are of a 4 handle version. This is the 3 handle version. The Titan Fitness loading pins are detachable. I got them thinking it would make it easier to lift the trap bar. It did. It was great until I hurt my back. Without the pins, the trap bar sits on the floor.
