I have to say I am truly grateful for AMP Auto Collection. They helped me get out of my old 2007 Volkswagen EOS convertible that I’ve had for over 8 years. I can honestly say my car grew up with me so it was hard letting her go but unfortunately my cars transmission started failing and that’s when I found Freddy. He took care of me so well getting me into a car that I’ve always wanted(within a reasonable budget) I definitely put him through the wringer a bit but he helped me get through all the bumps in the road, such a great guy! I bought the car as is so I do have to do a few small fixes but overall a great buy.
Now I have a 2014 Audi A6 Quattro Supercharged sedan and I am loving every bit of it!!! Vroom vrooom. Thank you guys for being so great!

I purchased a 2022 Toyota Corolla Hatchback manual transmission.
The owner and all his employees were super nice, friendly and most importantly, very very honest and transparent. I never felt pressured or forced into anything. They listened carefully to my requests and accommodated my needs to the bones.
Noam the owner, super welcoming and friendly; attentive and always kept up with important communication.
Stephane has been the absolute BEST; this young man is honest and pleasant to deal with.
I didn’t have any expectations and I did read a few negative reviews but in all honesty, my overall experience with this dealership was very amazing and I do not relate to those people who left negative reviews.

A definite 1st time, in a long time experience financing again. Being a female shopping for a car can be very bulling and intimidating, but I tend to hold my own very well. We (females) still do "get over" on even with a couple years of car experience and great aides behind you. I definitely asked all the necessary questions applicable....just wished they all were answered honestly. Now Please assure, this is the place to go! A few nice selections to choose from and a straight to the point service; an "in and out" experience. Not "much hassle" and still easy enough service.
PROS...great 2 yr car, decent mileage and little to no wear n tear. A few CONS were, I was just given some ranky dank rims from a salvage garage or something with still decent tires on em. They weren't noticeably damaged from my eyes. This was noticed by a professional next day after my deal (only time I got a hold of a proper mechanic).They were bent and battered BADLY! Causing the car to drive shaky. This was something that was kept from me and not properly addressed when I 1st inquired about my it. I was told it's the Axle Shaft, then tires needed to be balanced. A bit disappointing with the run around if you ask me. A chipped Windshield that should've been replaced, front sensor Malfunction and One car key, no spare....annnd they had the audacity to give me "options"; to pick one when all of it should've been honored.
As for the mechanic and the detailer at Amp (W Sunrise branch), they weren't much help being as they are the foundation to customers coming in wanting and loving what they see. The Detailer was a bit lazy. Missed alot of minor things that could've just been cleaned and gotten over with. Mechanic just didn't know what he was doing...(personally) idk what else to say about him.
Salesman ELI made me feel very comfortable being there at 1st especially without my other half.....but bayyyybee after the deal is over! You're no one! You can't even ask a question without him making you feel you're beneath him. He really made me feel uneasy about my decision like I failed and am now stuck in this contract. You'll need to have some tough skin when he gets comfortable around you. His sarcism can be questionable if you're sensitive enough; man or woman lol. Also bring a manly figure with you that knows their cars ladies so you don't become victim to these Used Cars sharks! Overall I recommend the 1st Amp Auto Store...NOT W SUNRISE! Very greatful for my car even though I do have to make a premature investment on new wheels.
