3rd owner, very well kept, no leaks, everything works! Brand new battery and propane tank. Sleeps 8 tight. 6 comfortably. Propane Indoor/outdoor stove, propane heater, 6 gal water heater, fresh water tank, grey water drain, 2 folding tables, king bed w/ top table, queen bed dining area, sitting area and all curtains . Canvas is perfect with tint screens and fly screens. Camped in rain storms, no problems! Comes with canopy but the pouch is sun scorched. Canopy is tied to the roof for travel, then it slides into the rail for camping. Works fine! Linoleum floor is discolored over the years but camper is very clean! Great for family camping or other adventures! $3,950 OBO
