I don’t usually write reviews because I understand staff can get busy, having worked in the service industry myself. However, our experience with this dealership was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others.

My boyfriend purchased a car at the end of May and was told he’d receive his license plates within a couple of weeks.  We called multiple times and were repeatedly reassured that it could take up to three months. Three months later, we still hadn’t received them.
At the end of August, after several attempts, I finally reached the manager. We discovered the plates had been sitting in their office for FOUR weeks with zero communication. Let me emphasize that. Multiple times we called and no one ever notified us that they were sitting in their office since August 1st. The manager asked if we wanted to pick them up or have them shipped. Since we live out of the area, we asked for them to be shipped. He confirmed the address and told us they’d arrive in two days. Days passed, nothing arrived. When we called again, they claimed they thought we were going to pick them up — completely contradicting what had been confirmed. Now we have to go out of our way to get them ourselves. They also claim they tried to contact us, yet we never once received a call.

Not to mention when the manager was having us sign the purchase forms, how rude he was. But thats another conversation.

This dealership is unreliable, unprofessional, and careless. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere. I promise its not worth it.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership! They helped me get the car of my dreams and were completely honest and transparent about the pricing from start to finish. Ricky was so helpful and not only made the whole process smooth and stress-free, but also took the time to give us great tips on how to continue building our credit. The entire experience was pleasant, professional, and pressure-free. We truly got the best deal and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

I am a very difficult person when it comes to buying a car and no one has EVER met my expectations but this place right here! I put these men through the wringer and they still treated me respectfully!!! Thank you Ricky, frank and Yusuf (sorry if I spelt your name wrong). You guys are awesome. Sorry I put you guys through the wringer 😳😬. But you guys have a customer for life and I will definitely refer you guys to everyone I know and more!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

This dealership is TOP NOTCH. I purchased a Porsche from Guardians, the vehicle is in immaculate shape, runs great and at a very reasonable price. The quality of service is superb. James was professional, returned my calls promptly and addressed all of my concerns. I highly recommend Guardians Auto!

I bought a car 2 years ago with them and I have had very good experiences with him the car it’s super good and they are very attentive and whenever I have doubts they help me!!
