I have reached out to you Austin at Peters creek preowned today again and I haven't heard anything back from you!!.  I need you to make this right! I sent you $21,603.00  and I have a truck that I cannot drive and I have to pay $2,600 to have the front end repaired! I trusted you and your dealership and you dont even want to help or make things right!!  Please reach out to us, I dont feel its right that I have to pay to have this vehicle fixed when you shouldnt have sent it to me like this!  This issue is NOT shipping damage like you're trying to blame it on!

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased a truck from Peter's Creek Pre owned on July 18, 2025.  I live in Michigan so I trusted what the dealership,  salesman and manager told me about the truck.  I was hesitant about the purchase but after being assured and after I read their reviews I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I received the truck on Friday, July 25th and it's not drivable. My son who is a master certified technician looked it over and found out that the upper and lower ball joints are bad, as well as the driverside outer tie rod ends, passenger side CV axle shaft, exhaust flex pipe and front tires are worn and wheels are bent because of these issues. My mechanic son reached out to Austin, the sales manager and was told he was lying even after we sent several pictures and videos of the issues. This truck is unsafe to drive. I paid over $21,000. for this truck and I cannot drive it without putting another few thousand dollars in to it.  The sales manager refuses to help with repairs and I still haven't  received the title or plate paperwork.  The inside of the truck is filthy and never was cleaned. I was excited and looking forward to driving my new to me truck and I haven't been able to. I dont think they'd let their mom drive this truck the way it is, but they sent it to me knowing full well the bad mechanical shape it was in.  This was a very expensive lesson.  These guys do not stand behind their vehicles!!  Buyer beware... they took advantage of me, and  refuse to help!
