Description

Hobby evaporator pan 8" deep more sections, smaller sections, means the syrup moves further and is made faster. The pre heater box is brand new never used mounts on the back of the pan. It also has a float box for a better sap control. Pan was custom made it is 22 gauge 304 stainless steel all TIG welds. You also can reverse Direction just by putting the float box on the opposite sideof the pan. Other hobby pants if you want to reverse Direction you have to rotate the pan this one you do not have to. It also has a cover that covers the whole pan not in the pictures but if we would like I could send you some more pictures
