My experience with Covert Hutto “Ford & Chevy” has been amazing !!! From start to finish the process has been smooth and quick. We just purchased a new 2025 Suburban Z71 and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Mr. Rain Chavez and Kelly Mercer have been amazing to work with, Rain on sales side and Kelly with finance. We purchased a new Ford F150 Lariat last summer and this year came back for a new Suburban for my wife for our anniversary and Rain made sure to have truck nice and detailed with a Bow and Roses for my wife for when we arrived from coming in to purchase from out of town . Rain went above and beyond for me on my F150 and this go round on my wife’s Suburban and I highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking to purchase a new vehicle . IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOU & YOUR FAMILY’s SAFETY DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE BECAUSE THE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOURS! I purchased a brand new 2023 Colorado and started having issues with the crash assist AUTOMATICALLY STOPPING MY VEHICLE WHILE ON THE HWY very shortly after purchasing. I have now had my vehicle for 17 months and am still dealing with this issue and Coverts only solution is for me to purchase another vehicle from them and loose 20k after they sold me a faulty one. They have done numerous updates and even replaced the font crash sensor and because they are unable to replicate the issue (which happens very randomly) they are complexly unwilling to do anything about it. I have waited and called numerous times trying to get ahold of management and NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. This week I picked up my vehicle from service after speaking to Pedro, a manager there because the the vehicle stopped mid drive and though they did service it, my primary concern was over ridden by the check engine light being on that had nothing to do with the truck stopping in the middle of the hwy! I was referred to this dealt her ship where Ian, a sales rep promised we would get $100 to the person who referred me. LIE. THEN Chris Crane called me and was extremely pushy about getting a 5 star survey even though I was unhappy about a few minor things since I purchased the vehicle. Luckily she assured me I could leave a poor Google review so here we are. COVERT DOESNT CARD OF THEY SOLD YOU AN UNSAFE VEHICLE. THEY ONLY CARE THAT THEY MADE A SALE AND THATS IT. If you value your life, don’t make the same mistake I did. ** purchased at Covert Hutto, but if senior management at one location doesn’t care about their customers I feel it safe to say me all locations are the same.

I highly recommend AJ Reese! He explained everything so well and made sure I had a smooth car buying experience. He even stayed after hours (with a smile on his face) to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I will recommend him to any family/friends that are looking at buying a new car in the future!

I have purchased all of my vehicles from Covert Auto Group for the last 10+ years and today I was reminded why. They are awesome!!! I purchased my latest vehicle, a 2024 Chevy 2500, from Covert Chevy Hutto, and after I got it home realized there were several un-noticed issues with the truck, mainly regarding cleanliness and wear items that didn't get addressed thoroughly during prep to sell. I contacted the Covert group and the GM, Lorenzo, called me back within 5 minutes. He was the most sincere, honest and helpful leader of a company I remember dealing with in a long time! I would say he was enthusiastic to take care of the issues. He immediately set up for them to take care of all of my concerns and with little or no inconvenience to me. Definitely above and beyond my expectation! I am so glad I decided to trust in Covert again to purchase my next vehicle!
