It’s an older camper. I have lived in it for over the last year & six months with my daughter & husband. Where I was at will no longer be all year round so I am now selling it. It comes with electric refrigerator, microwave, tv, full size bed, new battery, three new tires went to get all four they only had three when they said they had them all, spare rim, two small full propane tanks, two big ones that where just filled in march & not been used much. Stove, heat and water heater all work on propane. The air conditioner for the roof had just gone out I used fans and a window air conditioner in the bedroom which I have keep for my new place. I have all books on it. We had done a few up grades as that why there is no living room furniture. Radio as well. Steps we made.
