I have recently purchased a new Tahoe from sunset. Craig, the salesman, is always professional and goes above and beyond. He’s not pushy and realistic. Financing also went about and beyond to ensure I had the appropriate coverage.  My car was delivered early,  cleaned well with a full tank of gas.  You get what you pay for at Sunset.

I’ve bought several cars of different makes from different dealers over the years, this was the best experience I’ve had. The salesman even took the time to show me all the options in the infotainment system AND helped me configure it all the way I wished. In fact, he did most of the education before he processed my paperwork for the sale. That wasn’t trying to sell the vehicle, I had already put a deposit and agreed to buy it… It was just their level of service…

I was amazed. Other dealers, in the past, left me to figure it all out on my own… Not Sunset Chevrolet.

I brought my car in for an oil change and checkup,had some concerns regarding a part. The service people on the phone and in person ,were so nice and so kind. They did the services, ordered me a new part and handled all my questions and concerns. Their service process is very easy and everyone is very professional,  it was just a very nice experience to receive such wonderful service. I feel more confident and safe now that my car is running perfectly!  We have been customers for 30 years! A decision we are so glad we made!
