Description

This is an older Fish Simmons that Skip shaped in the nineties. It already had the fin repairs and some delam when I bought it off a guy at Tourmo a dozen years ago. I rode it quite a bit through further delam repairs—all done at Roper’s—the last of which covered nearly nine feet on the deck. It was too heavy to ride well and Skip suggested taking it to Steve Pendarvis for a resurrection, which worked out great. Steve put two “engines” in the pad, separate pockets with increased flex. It hops across sections with ease and cranks out impressive cutbacks for an 11’8”! I’ve had plenty of fun on it and now it’s your turn!
