Description

The Moog MG-1 is a sleeper synth with serious analog mojo—fat basses, juicy leads, and a unique polyphonic section that lets you layer rich, vintage textures. Built by Moog for Realistic (Radio Shack), it’s got that classic Moog filter and creamy tone, but at a price that won’t break your wallet—pure sonic nostalgia in a compact package. This MG-1 was serviced by Synthchaser in September 2025. A new 1/4" Switchcraft Jack has been added on the rear for the Audio Output (the original RCA jacks will still work as well). Black foam has been removed, and sliders, pots, and switches have been cleaned. The original sliders are not smooth, but they are functional. There is a chip on the underside of one of the keys, see photos.
