Midea MAP12S1CWT AC Unit Selling for a family friend, used for a few months then set aside and didn't use it anymore. Connected it to a room in our house to test it and everything functions and the unit blows cold. Only things included are the unit itself, window adapter, and vent tube. No remote when they gave it to me. I believe this can be controlled through a smartphone app. Only other thing to note is the tabs to connect the vent tube to the window adapter are cracked but still hold if positioned correctly, otherwise some double-sided tape may be needed to hold it in place or just replace the adapter ring which you can source on Amazon. Looking for $350 OBO
