Used for one 10 minute skate to determine fit. Never heat molded, but they can be. They were too large for me (common with Bont skates). I wear a mens 9-9.5 shoe and ended up in Bont size 7. These probably fit more like a 10.5-11, but measure your feet and check the size chart on the Bont site.
