AN ORIGINAL AQUATINT PROOF OF THE BURY HUNT 1840 ENGLISH ENGRAVED PRINT  DEPICTING THE PREPARATION FOR A HUNT "Proof" is printed in lower left corner. Vintage, 19th Century, Fox Hunting aquatint/chromo lithograph.  Title: "The Bury Hunt". "To Edm. Grundy, Esquire of Bury Lancashire. This engraving is by permission respectfully dedicated by his obliged servant, Joseph Zanelli." Painted by C. Agar The Animals by J. Maiden, Engraved by F. Bromley. "Manchester, Published January 1840, by Joseph Zanetti, 100 King St. & by Ackerman & Co., Strand, London".  Very strong plate impression.  Plate Measures: 27 1/2" wide X 21 1/2" tall. Has some warping around edges (which will be minimized when framed under glass) and some fading around some edges-all as shown.
