Came to this dealer late, around 7PM interested in a handful of cars that I saw online, looking to eventually purchase one for my teenager daughter for High School & College. Despite being the end of the day and the sales agents looking towards the end of their shifts, they welcomed us and asked the right questions so they could help me the best. I told them I already glanced online for a few options we already liked, so he offered to start with that selection. First car not too impressed due to some car paint details. Second option appeared to be a perfect fit. 2022 Audi Q3, 19K miles on manufacturers warranty still (rare for a used car that usually run between 35K-55K miles for that year models). Even though there were other options on the list the agent advised that this was a great option die to mileage, warranty and price and that unlikely my other options would beat that. They ran our credit and approved us for the purchase fairly quickly, another 60-90 min and we were walking out with a new looking car with low mileage, clean carfax, warranty, no prepayment penalty, a fair deal in APR and even registration and plates! The relaxed attention (not pushy at any moment), the effectiveness on hitting all the aspects of financing and the transparency at the time of signing, cutting all the selling bullshit was the best of our experience. We thank very much Eber, salesman, Yoandris, financing specialist and Alejandro Vega, manager. Highly recommended!!

This is outrageous! An official RAM dealer is deceiving customers!

Look at my photos. The dealer claimed that the oil and filters were changed just 2 miles ago. I brought the vehicle to another official dealer and personally witnessed them removing filters that clearly hadn’t been changed in over 30,000 miles!

This company is fraudulent.
Perhaps there are still honest people working there — I truly hope someone reaches out to me and tries to make this right.

But for now, it’s just 1 star — only because zero isn’t an option.

Absolutely love my new car!! The sales people were awesome. It’s my third time getting a car for men. I would highly recommend coming to the dealership to me. They were cheaper than any other dealership I’ve been to. I definitely recommend them and we’ll go back again again thank you

🚨 WARNING: THIS DEALERSHIP IS SCAMMING CUSTOMERS – KIA MIAMI LAKES

If you’re thinking about buying a vehicle here, stop and read this carefully. What I’m about to share could happen to you too — and I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did.

In May 2024, I bought a 2024 KIA Sorento from this dealership, trading in my Jeep Cherokee as part of the deal. The contract we signed clearly stated that the dealer would pay off my loan balance of $15,278.00. However, they only paid $14,980.33 — leaving a difference of $297.67 that I had to pay out of pocket. A direct violation of the signed contract!

Since then, I’ve been to the dealership dozens of times. I spoke with the salesperson, the finance officer, and three different managers. The result? Empty promises. Lies. Wasted time. And not a single cent reimbursed. No one takes responsibility.

But that’s not even the worst part…

🔧 During the first maintenance service:
• They didn’t properly secure the engine cover, which bounced around under the hood while I was driving.
• The engine was left covered in oil, and the interior was stained — the steering wheel and driver’s side door were smeared with grease. Zero care or professionalism.

⚠️ Life-threatening negligence:
• During that same visit, they didn’t tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels. I was driving on the highway with loose tires. It could’ve ended in a deadly accident.

💰 And now, the most outrageous part:
• This week, I paid again for an oil change and tire rotation. I had marked the tires beforehand… and confirmed they NEVER did the rotation — but they charged for it anyway! This is the second time they’ve scammed me like this.

How can anyone be sure they’re even changing the oil? I strongly recommend you take your vehicle to a trusted mechanic immediately to check and avoid major damage.

This is not a mistake. This is a systematic practice of charging for services not performed, breaking contracts, negligence, and disrespecting customers.

👉 If you’re thinking about buying from KIA Miami Lakes, think again.
⚠️ You could be their next victim.
🛑 DO NOT TRUST this dealership.
