2005 Honda Civic

❗❗ PLEASE READ❗$1,000 FIRM❗I WILL NOT TAKE LESS!!❗❗ ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ I originally bought this car for $3,200 in January 2020 for my two daughters to use commuting to and from school and other family trips. It was already Salvaged when I bought it so I am unaware of any specific details. When I purchased the car, it was an export to Mexico so I was required to have it inspected and all catalyst stickers replaced under hood ($480 total) before I was able to register in my name, I have TITLE IN HAND (SALVAGE)(PINK SLIP). Catalytic Converter was also replaced a year later in 2021 for $800. Car was taken care of (scheduled maintenance)but gaskets were replaced and shortly after started having oil leaks so car was parked. Registration expired in July 2023 after my daughters had graduated and moved out, leaving the car behind needing repairs, it's been sitting undriven since but starts up every time and runs as is. Has 227k miles. This car will need some minor repairs, oil pan gasket has leak, valve cover gasket has leak, battery still ok but is on its last leg, tires are decent. I've smogged twice while owning and passed strong both times, will need current smog. Price is FIRM Engine is GOOD AND STRONG no misfires. We had the gaskets on oil pan and valve cover done by a friend but we believe that they were not done correctly, so we've had leaking. The car was shortly parked after the leaks began and never got to the repairs because our girls moved on to different vehicles. We unfortunately never put the car on Non Op expecting one of our girls would come back for it but they've upgraded and no longer want it. Registration late fees are probably close to $700 and for this reason only, car is priced significantly lower than even fair Blue Book value of $2300 and low blue book of $1600. *NO Check Engine Light *A/C good *Transmission is GREAT and has no shifting problems *No mechanical issues *Car Alarm, Drivers Side keyless entry *Registration expired 2023 *Has oil leak coming from oil pan seam, needs new oil pan gasket and valve cover gasket *Interior is in FAIR/SEMI GOOD condition, prior owner damage, some floor and upholstery stains, some burn holes in driver seat. Interior has been recently cleaned and detailed. *Oxidized Paint around some edges, roof, trunk, and hood *Hood is off colored (blue) from prior owner accident *Needs hood latch repair or replacement ❗❗PRICE IS FIRM $1,000❗❗Happy to answer anything not covered above, please don't waste my time with nonsense, this is a great car that was left to sit.
