I can’t say enough good things about working with James at ford of smithtown! From the start, he was so patient, helpful, and genuinely fun to work with. We bought our daughter a her first car from Ford of Smithtown. We actually came from Central Jersey Shore area, 2.5 hours away. The dealership had a fair price on the model we have been looking for and was easy to work with. Rocco sent me the pictures I requested within minutes. They made it very easy to prepare paperwork for once we arrived. We also dealt with Dave in sales who was great. Car was as described, no hidden fees. The F&I process was also smooth. The F&I manager was not pushy on products. He recommended one fairly priced extended warranty. If I was not in the automotive business and had access to resources I would have spoke more about the warranty. Overall I wish this dealer was closer to us. Thank you team Ford of Smithtown.

I worked with Vinny when getting my new F-150 and the whole process was smooth and easy. He’s a friendly, straight-forward guy and made the paperwork quick(Even came in on his day off and fixed error by Geico)—just a couple of forms and I was on the road. I’ll admit I’m not the best negotiator, so he probably got the better end of the deal, but I appreciated how stress-free it was. If this truck holds up over the lease, I’d definitely come back to work with him again.
