Just bought a 2016 Chevy Tahoe from this dealership and I’ve got to say—these folks run their operation like a well-oiled machine. From the moment we pulled in, it was clear they’re not about the usual used-car circus act. No pressure, no sketchy “let me talk to my manager” tactics, just straight answers and a team that actually knows their product.
The Tahoe was exactly as advertised—clean, mechanically solid, and priced right without the typical mystery fees that magically appear at the end of the deal. They walked us through every step, kept communication transparent, and treated us like we were closing on a house instead of just buying a car. That’s next-level professionalism.

This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a car dealer.

From the very beginning, communication was terrible. They almost never answer the phone, don’t return calls, and act extremely rude and unprofessional when they do respond.

I told them I was interested in a vehicle and they ran my credit multiple times without clear communication, then claimed they got me a deal and told me to call back in two days. I did exactly that — I called over 10 times across multiple days and never got a response.

When I finally called from a different number, they picked up immediately. The salesman who goes by “Chris” suddenly claimed he never saw my texts, even though we had been communicating on the same number for days. He told me to call back Monday morning — I did — and once again, no answer. I texted him, he said he’d call me “in a minute,” and hours passed with absolutely nothing.

And when he did answer, his attitude made it sound like he had just woken up and was taking calls from his bed — careless, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in actually helping a customer.

On top of the horrible communication, they tried to charge me $2,500 just for shipping and stacked on excessive, questionable fees. It felt extremely sketchy and dishonest.

This dealership wasted two full weeks of my time — time I could have spent buying a car somewhere that actually respects customers.

The owner seriously needs to reevaluate their staff. If “Chris” represents this dealership, then it explains everything. He is not qualified for car sales or customer service and should either be retrained or replaced.

Horrible customer service. Shady business practices. Total lack of professionalism.
Save yourself the stress and take your business somewhere else.

Amazing customer service and support, helped out through a lot of work in purchasing my corvette.

This dealership really is one of the most trustworthy places to get your car. In and out efficient and was only there for maybe little an hour with the test drive included. The whole process could’ve taken less than that but Chris helped me learn about credit cards, payments, and other solid life advice that I never got anywhere else. He was very helpful and cut the bullshit that other dealerships give out. He didn’t try to find alike interests or hear stories to try to get me to buy the car. He was genuine with helping me learn and understand life and purchases and how easy they can be and to not be fearful moving forward. Aside from that, he helped over the phone and was very communicative and straight to the point which I very much appreciated. Overall, the dealership runs smoothly with a genuine staff and great deals. I can tell the hustle is real and honest and I would definitely refer this place again to anybody who wants to buy a car. Thank you for making this a true experience for buying a car. I left with a great vehicle and great advice.
