I purchased a car from this dealership several years ago, and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I ever had with a car. They stood behind their cars and helped in any way they were able to. Fast forward several years later and they still are the best dealership around. I have sent friends to them over the years and they've all been happy as well. Joe has always gone above and beyond to help, and is a very nice and honest guy.

I've been a customer for years I average two cars a year Joe, always takes care of me, if I have any mechanical issues Joe always tells me to bring the vehicle back and work something out with me to get the vehicle repaired. I just recently purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKX runs great got a great price. I also purchased a 2021 Audi A6 prestige mint condition vehicle low mileage Joe, had the vehicle sent to Audi in Sanford to get a software updated which cost $2,400 and didn't charge me anything these guys are great which is why I always keep
coming back or referring friends and family to them.

Just moved back to Orlando and I was a bit hesitant going there after seeing those 1-stars reviews. I really wanted a black on black BMW X5 and this is one of a few places that had it.
I was greeted immediately when I got there by a nice tall black fellow who help me. I didn’t want to spend more than my budget and after discussing with the owners Joe and Zee, they helped me get the car I’ve been wanting.
Also, one of the key fob didn’t work and I went back the next day to complain. The problem was a battery and Joe ran out to get me a new battery and installed it for me.
Maybe it wasn’t much but I truly appreciated the fact that they care and were genuine in the dealings.
Thanks guys and you’ve got a customer for life….!

Ive purchase several cars over the years fom Zee and his Brother Joe ..always satified ..good deals from good people and Ron the finance man will get done And Mike the Head mechanic is super ..fixes everything

My experience with Auto Express was amazing. I see a lot of bad reviews, and I’d like to address those, because i did not have the experience that others did. Maybe it’s because I’m practical in understanding that this is a used car buy here pay here lot, that offers traditional financing if you can get approved for it, IF NOT, they offer a down payment that fits your budget within reason of what you’re buying.

Understand that when purchasing a “used” car that things may happen down the line, and they clearly state that the cars are sold “as is” it’s up to you to get the vehicle inspected pre purchase and up to you to do your research on what cars do what, and how much they cost to fix.

I will refer everyone I know that needs a car, to come check them out for sure. My experience was smooth as butter.
