2005 Ford Ranger

Here I have a 2005 Ford Ranger 200 K plus miles four-cylinder 2 Wheel Dr. needs tires and the registration hasn’t been paid since 2023 The truck runs great when the code P1299 (cylinder head over, temp protection active ) isn’t present once the code turns on it will go into a limp mode to save the engine but will continue to run and drive there are no coolant leaks what so ever it was my daily driver for work I have changed the water pump thermostat radiator fan clutch radiator cap cluster/ dashboard and temp sensor as https://offerup.com/redirect/?o=d2VsbC5JdA== does have a new battery 12/24 manufactured date, and brand new battery post clamp and cables and have kept up with the maintenance regularly I’ve also have had a compression test and head gasket, leak test, done and both test came back with no issues I do believe the only issue that it can be is either the engine harness or the computer ECU I didn’t want to sell my truck but I’ve moved to a new location and live one way street and trying to find parking for 2 trucks and a car on sweeper day got old fast and no longer have a drive way to work on the ranger message me for any questions or if you want to make an offer I’m willing to work with you I do have the pink slip in hand.
