Very comfortable double theater recliner .. everything works very well the recliner both sides recline and go back down right away nothing wrong with them at all .. if someone can repair the tears in the picture or take them as is .. in the picture .. it shows the wear on just one side where I sat all the time .. still in very good condition .. it has the middle for all the remotes cup holders and everything .. it was very expensive from home makers .. no smoking at all .. so its very clean .. its only 5 years old .. can make offers on it to thank you .. we just bought a new one .. it was 1200 new .. this couch is sitting out at the curb I had to take it apart to get it out there the only thing I had to take of is the metal rods they can go right back in I have all the screws its free now come and get it if you want it before garbage or it rains on it thank you
