I want to say thank you for an excellent experience at Fast Track Motors. My wife and I purchased our 2020 Porsche Macan S there this Saturday afternoon. A big thank you to Robert (our sales rep) who came with us on a test drive and showed us the rest of the inventory. Also, thank you to Ramon and Louis and the rest of the team. We already have a few hundred miles on the car and everything is working perfectly. We love the car and will definitely keep an eye on their inventory for our next car purchase. I had the best car-buying experience I've ever had in my life here! After deciding I needed a car due to being a contractor 1200 miles from home, I came across a 2019 Audi Q5 at Fast Track Motors. I started messaging with Leo, who couldn't have been more accommodating, patient, and honest with me.
Jorge in the Financing department was also unbelievably kind; he reminded me of a concerned, "cool uncle."
Isaac, the owner, heard I'd had a birthday the week before and gave me something my grandfather used to give me, which literally almost brought me to tears. My husband and I were having so much fun we almost forgot about the four-hour drive back to Boston.
Fast forward to Carmen, who calmly handled my anxious call about not receiving my permanent tag. She accurately predicted it would arrive Thursday or Friday, and lo and behold, today at 3:00 PM, I got a call from Carmen that my tag was there and she'd send it to me so that I can received it by Monday.
Honestly, I've bought a few cars in my life, but this environment was phenomenally outstanding and uniquely different from any other dealership. I would encourage anyone looking for a good car at a fair price to check with Leo and the gang at Fast Track Motors; you won't be disappointed.
